I watched the morning sunlight curl through her hair.
Changing shades with subtle variations.
Captivated; I marked the warm, buttery-white glow that framed her countenance.
Meanwhile, cool-white reflected from the shameless wisps that couldn’t be tamed,
rivaling the blued-white of her blouse.
What a beautiful visual with the sunlight and the “subtle variations.” This has such a quiet, peaceful feel to it.

You had me at the first line, Thom! Love your poetic exploration of all the shades of white. The structure really works as well; love that last line being set apart.
As an un-poetic aside, this reminded me of when my husband and I bought our house – we spent weeks sifting through all the white paints available and everyone thought we were nuts. But, we both independently picked the same one (Chantilly. At least it sounded poetic!) – must be true love!

She is so beautiful she didn’t have to say a word. She let her hair, her body language, and her blouse speak for her. Marvelous, every word of it, Thom!
