This Is Just The Way It Works

Aiden was an astronaut; Emma, a princess. Olivia though, well Olivia had to be a zombie. Didn’t she?

They were splitting up their Halloween haul. Emma craved her chocolate bars. Aiden liked lollypops; the red ones were his faves. Olivia wanted tropical fruit chews. She held a guava flavored one up for inspection and smiled. Her little zombie eyes shone with glee.

“Mmmm, tastes like brains.”
