“Look, Mommy, there’s a girl over there with rainbow hair.”
“Don’t look at her, Maddy.”
“Why not Mommy? I wanna see.”
“It will only encourage her.”

“Look, Mommy! It’s that girl again, with the rainbow hair!”
“Maddy, what did I say about looking at her?”
“But, Mommy! She’s wearing a solid gold dress this time. It looks like a swan around her neck! OH, and Mommy, Mommy…look, look! It’s got letters on it! What’s it say?”
“If I tell you, do you promise to stop looking?”
“Yes.”
“It says,” tilting her head to one side so she could read the words along the swan’s neck, “T N Kerr wins the gold.”

With rainbow hair . . . She might have kaleidoscope eyes, too! (Yet another) Good one, T.N. Kerr 🙂

Thanks for reading and saying nice things. She might, indeed, be an ocular kaleidoscopic. I might have just made up a new malady!
